王钢,苏州大学物理科学与技术学院教授。2001—2005年,山东师范大学物理学系本科;2005—2010年,复旦大学物理学系博士研究生;2011—2014年,德国马克斯普朗克研究所博士后研究员,2014年7月加盟苏州大学。主要研究领域包括:光的无序系统及Anderson局域化相变、光学微腔、非厄米光学和量子混沌。

摘要:Optics in an entirely deterministic framework are very familiar to us, in which the physical quantities are manifested in perfectly predictable ways, e.g., the scattering of light by particles. However, light wave itself is inherent to fluctuations, for example, the tempospatial fluctuations of both the amplitude and phase of the laser radiation. Therefore, the statistical properties of light are of great importance in optics and photonics that will be devoted to in this talk. The first part of this talk will focus on the statistics of nonclassical states of light in periodic photonic lattices. And then I will move to the statistics of light in disordered systems, in which the interplay between classical and quantum fluctuations leads to nontrivial phenomena.
